Use this form to register devices for repair or to report a complaint.
In the case of repairs, you will receive an email with the repair-number within two working days.
Important:
- Do not send any devices back until you have received the repair-number
- Note the repair-number on the delivery papers
- Enter the model, serial number and detailed error description in the text field (one line per device)
- A detailed error description simplifies troubleshooting and is important for speedy repair of the devices
Flat rate for expenses (CHF 45 minimum per repair shipment):
- Import handling fee CHF 35 (charged to us by importer for paperwork processing)
- Processing import/export CHF 10 (our administrative costs for customs paperwork)
- CHF 10 extra for additional queries, if necessary
Some fees are not applicable to domestic repair shipments. Fees are added in EUR or USD at prevalent FX-rates.
